Mary Patch is Atlatl's Retirement Plan Adviser. She brings more than three decades of experience in retirement plan consulting and fiduciary services, covering plan design, vendor management and RFP processes, compliance analysis, employee education, and ERISA 3(21) and 3(38) fiduciary guidance.
Mary joined Atlatl in August 2023. Earlier in her career she was a Retirement Plan Advisor at IFP, Managing Director of Williams Group, Director of Retirement Plan Solutions at Partners Wealth Management, and Senior Vice President at Trademark Capital Management.
Mary holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designations through the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), and a B.A. from Loras College. She is a published author and chairs ASPPA's Plan Consultant magazine. She is based in Dubuque, Iowa.
Mary has been named to the National Association of Plan Advisors' list of Top Women Advisors as an MVP in 2015 and an All-Star in 2016 and 2020.
